DUE TO DIVISION I & DIVISION II RECRUITING DEAD PERIOD SEMINAR WILL BE STAFFED BY DIVISION III SCHOOLS
​The One Day Recruiting Seminar and College Training Session is designed to give the participants a sample of stay at home exercises that college players are performing to keep themselves active, fit, and growing as a player. Following the 15 minute training session the will be a 45 minute recruiting seminar focusing on college soccer recruiting in today and tomorrow's world.  Recruiting topics to be addressed will be as follows:

  • How do I get in touch with college coaches?
  • What is a recruiting dead period and what are the schools in Division I, II, and III allowed to do at this time?
  • What can I do to get evaluated by college coaches at this time?
  • Is video a valuable tool to help in the recruiting process and if so what type of video should I be submitting?
  • How valuable are recruiting service websites?
  • What methods will college coaches use to evaluate players in the upcoming months?
  • How has the landscape of youth soccer changed with elimination of the Development Academy?
  • What can I do to continue to improve as a player and make sure I am ready to showcase myself in a limited time?
  • Questions submitted by participants prior and during the seminar (we cannot promise all questions will be answered)
