Can you tell me about the camp experience?
The camp features extensive training, small-sided matches, full-sided tournament, not to mention real-world workshops focusing on off-field training for college athletes, including valuable information on the college recruiting process and the college playing experience.
Who can attend the camp?
The boys camp is open to boys who will be entering ninth grade in the fall to boys entering their freshman year in college in the fall.
Does the camp offer specialized goalkeeping training?
Yes. The Academy will host separate sessions and feature professional goalkeeper coaches to help goalkeepers enhance their technical skills.
Can I attend the sessions and watch my child play?
All field sessions are open for family and friends to observe.
How much does camp cost?
The camp tuition is $550 per camper for the residential rate. The price includes all instruction, training, and room and board. There are discounts for commuters and also one day options available.
How do I register?
Registration is done online. Please click registration and it will take you to the necessary steps. Your spot is reserved with a $100 non-refundable deposit (with COVID-19 exception). All final payments are due two weeks before the start of camp or you lose your spot at camp.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
A full refund minus your deposit is available if you cancel at least two weeks before the start of camp. Any cancellations within two weeks of the start of camp are not eligible for refunds.
Who does the coaching?
The Premier 125 Soccer Academy has one of the nation’s elite coaching staffs. All coaches are associated with college soccer programs and the combined coaching staff has extensive experience at the Division I, II, and III levels.
What if I get injured?
The Premier 125 Soccer Academy will have certified athletic trainers on staff who are more than capable of handling any injuries or events that occur during the week. Goucher is also located five minutes away from two of the area's major hospitals.
Where do I eat during camp?
All campers will be provided lunch while at camp. Meals will be purchased through an off-campus vendor and will be eaten on Goucher's campus.
What should I bring to camp?
All campers must bring proper playing equipment, cleats, shinguards, extra socks/t-shirts, sunscreen, etc. There will be a camp e-mail to confirm all necessary items.
How do I get there?
The college's main address in 1021 Dulaney Valley Rd., Towson, MD 21286 and we have provided a map so you can determine driving directions. Your registration package will contain specific information on where to report for the camp's opening day.
